In only a few years, producer Prickly Pear has quickly developed into one of the few Hip Hop Artists who both carries an accomplished resume and is followed with widely held optimism about what he can bring as one of the modern Hip Hop movement.

Now 24 years old, funky child (born Dennis Ksenicz) get his influence from the early 90..s. Prickly Pear diggin Jazz, Funk, Soul records since he was 15 years old. With 16 years he start to make his first Beats, with an Tapedeck- Recorder and Prickly Pear was born.

In 2008 did he begin to work on an album with Grand Agent (Grand Agent & Prickly Pear - Gettin away with murders), and it was off the strength of the album that he signed his first record deal with Soulspazm/Rawkus in 2009.

Upon the release of "Gettin away with murders" Album in 2009. Prickly Pear instantly become one of the underground Hip Hop ambassadors. In addition to becoming to go to produce for commissioned beats on independent level (he..s placed beats on projects by Grand Agent, Craig G (Juice Crew),Static the movement, Underground Kween, Don D, Kept See, Plee and many more) he..s also worked on productions as an member of "The Coffe Shop" with Jinesis, who have a full length album shedule for release 2009 and its availlable for free Download.
